Barely opens (I think I measured it at 3/16.) It is also pretty weak, and the non-threaded sleeve of the nut comes off, which completely defeats the purpose of it.

Loved this it's so chic but I lost keys because of it. The end just did not stay screwed on and my keys keep falling off.
