Good value and great taste
I’m finding it difficult to source egg pasta. Most of the supermarkets have reduced their stock to basic pasta, rather than egg. I like both, but really enjoy egg tagliatelle with a rich tomato sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan. It’s full bodied and very ready and you don’t really need a rags to enjoy the parts.This cooks quickly, tastes great and keeps for months. Very pleased.
