Thank you for your enquiry,we don't have the stem type at present.For plate type,there are different style of casters for your selection.

Q: If you have had these for at least a year and moved whatever you have them on often, have they marked your hardwood floor?

No, they haven't marked our hardwood floor. As a note, our hardwood floor has a hardness rating that won't allow a 1000 pound piano to leave marks from its casters by a different manufacturer. These specific casters have only been used to carry no more than 25 lbs. The best advise I can give you is to look up the max weight bearing that your hardwood floor can take based on the type of wood you have.
