I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. I have always has occasional nosebleeds since I was a kid. I started taking this one winter when I felt like I was getting a nose bleed once a week. I notice a difference in frequency when I take vitamin K vs when I do not. Another bonus is that my bruises heal faster. I am very active outdoors but also not the most coordinated person so I frequently bump my shins or the back/side of my elbows on various obstacles. My bruises heal significantly faster with vitamin K. I would highly recommend trying this. Aside from effectiveness (my personal experience), I love that the pills are tiny.

This is an excellent company and an excellent product. I was bruising easily from almost no actual impact when I read that Vitamin K could help with that. Even though I was already using Vitamin K cream topically whenever I did sustain a bruise, the cream only helped get rid of the bruises a little sooner, but did not prevent them. After taking the Solaray Vitamin K product for almost a year I'm not bruising nearly as easily. In fact, the only bruise I've gotten recently was when I jammed my elbow really hard into a car door. Previously, I would get a bruise whenever I bumped lightly into anything - even a relatively soft surface. I can't recommend this product highly enough but you must be patient - you won't see instant results - but the wait is well worthwhile. And don't go for other products that contain large doses of other Vitamin K components that this product does not contain - this one is safe for two doses a day, while larger doses of certain components of Vitamin K may not be a good idea.

I read somewhere about vitamin K helping with heavy periods. I definitely see an improvement in that area. My periods have less clotting. I also decided to take vitamin K because spider veins and varicose veins run in my family. I definitely want to try to keep my blood circulatory system healthy and working well to avoid getting the unsightly veins. This product works well and is very affordable. I will definitely buy it again.

I use it for my veins. the blood don't flow very well and I get pain in my veins. if I forget to take the vitamin for a couple of days, I smartphone having pain. I was hospitalized in 2002 with 3 blood clog. my condición is very bad, but I take the vitaminas I am fine

Doctor told me i needed to take vitamin k for a week, after drawing my blood. Because my level was really low and would not give me clearance for surgery. In a week ill update my review and tell you if the pills work after they draw my blood again.

UPDATE: I love this product even more after a few weeks of use. I started training Muay Thai after a 15 year hiatus. My shins, instep, elbows and knees got really bruised. The bruising improved 90% overnight. I’m not exaggerating. I was utterly surprised and shock. I couldn’t believe it. Cuts heal fast too. My periods hurt much, much less and the flow is lighter. I used to take 3-4 Advil pills every 4-6 hours like clockwork due to the cramps. Not anymore. There is some mild cramping, but I don’t need any medication for it. I love this product!This product is so great. I was a little concerned about supplementing with Vitamin K because it’s really not a vitamin. But I’m glad I tried it because my skin is brilliant. The red spider veins and general redness is almost gone. I really like it. And it has helped with my hair loss.
