Arrived in good time. Was an expected and described. We already use these in the gym but wanted my own. Strong band, choose your colour of band carefully as each colour is very different. The blue one, I purchased, is fairly tough so it you want a more gentle pull go for a red or buy both!

Use them at fitness ,stability and balance classes for strength exercises. These are not the heavy work ones. The length means you can fold them in half or even quarters to make it more difficult to stretch. Good value

item is smell so bad. when i tried use whole room is smell so bad and that smell gives head ache even wash may hands several times but may hands was smell bad. seller dosent accept return so straight to bin. waste of money

Brilliant band Have bought other bands but this doesn't go tacky or get twisted.

This is second time we have brought the band. Value for money.

Its a big rubber band as specified. Will make good catapult material when my wife has finished with it.

Prezzo elevato, considerato come si tratti di una semplice striscia di lattice. La resistenza, secondo me, è buona: avendo provato anche la fascia 'medium' (così così) e la 'light' (del tutto inutile) direi che questa è probabilmente quella in grado di adattarsi al maggior numero di persone.Consiglio di dare una sciacquata alla fascia prima del primo utilizzo, in quanto si presenta ricoperta di uno strato di polvere che sembra essere un residuo di lavorazione.

Al di là del costo elevato, tenendo presente come, in fin dei conti, si tratti di poche decine di grammi di lattice quello che trovo veramente insoddisfacente è il livello di resitenza che già fatico a definire "leggero", come da classificazione del produttore.Forse potrebbe servirvi a scopo riabilitativo, ma anche solamente per un uso aerobico non la trovo per niente utile.
