First advice read the instructions. It's very important because the caps work very differently on your skin.I purchased the machine for little white heads on my chin and for those pop up pimples.I used the dermabrasion cap to open up the pores same with the pimples, to open up the pores and then I used the suction cap and it took out all that yucky stuff. I saw that the more difficult pimples after using the suction came up in the morning. The fine line cap was really good to. The next day your lines look better.Trying to make the description less nasty.Your skin is going to be very sensitive because your taking off dead skin, I suggest you moisturize your face a couple of times a day so you won't dry out your skin. You will see your pores are clean and your skin is smooth and looks great. I don't suggest you do the micro dermablasion all over your face or at least doing it kn the weekend because you'll have a red face. It takes a few times to get the hang of it.

This thing sucks! It sucks a lot and it's so amazing. The wife loves it!Right out the box and after a through cleaning, this device worked great. The suction is very strong and its easy to use. Makes a noise slightly louder than a electric tooth brush but not to bad.Lets see how long it last!

Skin care must have!!!
I was skeptical on purchasing at first. But after using this vacuum, I was very surprised and impressed. At first not a 5 because it seemed cheaply made and very little on instructions. BUT... after charging I used it on my clean face (a light spray of rose water rubbed in) this tool went to work. Wow, I could not believe how great it was working. Low to high suction to choose. 3 different vacuum heads. I love the oval one to use around those nose corners. I truly believe this product is a winner. Please use with caution as it does what it says. Definitely a 5 Star!!!! Bravo!!!!

Yikes lol
I was very much looking forward to this product but, unfortunately, it did not work well. It was easy to use, and charged, but it was not worth the purchase. I read that someone had an unsightly bruise on their face, and I chuckled to myself, until I also got a bruise -- and I'm laughing at myself for that too. I would not mind the bruise so much if the product worked, but it didn't. So now I also have a bruise on my face. Sweet. I'll just stick with exfoliating my face. Also, reflecting back on this, what did I really expect with a $22 product?? LOLz. Maybe it works for some people but it didn't work for me. Best of luck for anyone who decides they want to give it a try.

No good
Does not work. I saw a lot of Youtubers promote this and decided to try it. I even followed their "tips". Doesnt work. Someone must have paid them a lot of money to lie about this product or they have the most shallow blackheads ever.
