I originally posted the review below, before having used the bulbs long enough to know how long the bulbs would not last. You always think of LED bulbs out-lasting other types of bulbs. I guess it is more "Buyer Beware" type of thing. Even though the bulbs came with a one year guarantee, I had lost three bulbs before one year, and contacted the company about replacements. They asked me to review some of their new bulbs, and I agreed. I did not mean that I did not want to warranty out the three dead bulbs that I had at that time. (I never did get the replacement bulbs, and have never been able to get in touch with anyone who would replace the bulbs).If you go and read my reviews on the different bulbs, you will see that I only like daylight bulbs. So any bulbs that I reviewed, that were not daylight bulbs, I did not give a great rating on. The company knew, when I went to do the reviews, that I only like daylight.With that being said, if you look at my history of purchasing this particular bulb, you will find that I purchased no less than 22 of them. The purchases were pretty close together. I have 19 fixtures for these bulbs. I think my first purchase was a little more than one year ago. Anyway, out of the 22 bulbs, I have 9-10 non-working bulbs. I am extremely disappointed. Most LED bulbs, will come with a 3 year or 5 year warranty. These have 1 year. I paid a pretty price to change over all of these bulbs at the same time. For what? I don't know. Had I known at the time that a little more than 1 year later, I would have lost half the bulbs would I have still purchased them? NO Not at the Price I paid!Was it worth it to change them all over? Not at the price I paid, now I can either purchase 10 more, or change all of the back over to what we had before. Note that some of the bulbs, before they burn out, will flash off and on, as if a strobe light. Very annoying!As you can see, when I first made the change, I was very happy. But, for the price of LED bulbs, the general public expects the promise of a long life bulb. One or two going bad so quickly is bad enough, but for 10 to go out, within a little more than 1 year? Some people complain about daylight bulbs, but you immediately get used to them and never look back. James and I work all night almost every night.We waited a long time for the LED bulbs to go to daylight spectrum. We had already changed all our bulbs to daylight spectrum several years ago, but the LED's seemed to take forever to come out. After placing several hundred orders through Amazon Prime, I don't think so. The next excuse was that the item was damaged in shipping, and sent back. So? why did no one send out another one, when it arrived back to the supplier damaged? Totally Incompetent. Then, they did not even give me a refund. I had to spend quite a long time dealing with the issue just to get a refund for something that I never received.A true pleasure to deal with these other vendors or suppliers, such as Torchstar. That is what keeps me coming back to Amazon.So I have replaced 22 bulbs and am getting ready for the rest of the house, then on to the yard as well. I am ready for the rest of the bulbs inside and out. Believe me, it takes no time to get used to them, and your vision is so much more normal with daylight spectrum. The one drawback, James was quick to point out to me, that dust is much more easily seen. But hey, if that is the worst thing I can say about a bulb...Once you change, you will not go back. And these Dimmable LED GU10 6000K bulbs are just what we need to keep us feeling good and being cheerful, even at 4-5 am. Fresh as a summer breeze, enjoy the journey yall!

I have center track lighting in every room of the house. So minimum of 5 bulbs per room. MR16/GU10 bulbs. I outfitted the whole house which came to 55 bulbs. I did this 2-3 years ago and paid 20-30 dollars per bulb and could not find one that was strong (lumens) or bright (3000 vs 7000)enough. It cost a lot of money. I LOVE THESE BULBS. I will post a pick on amazon, which is where I purchased them from. Shipping was very fast. I purchased 20 as a test and will purchase another 25 now. All 20 worked, all the same shade and I am amazed at how bright they are. THE PRICE IS PERFECT! I will brag about these and will be suggesting them to a friend that owns a art gallery. This is a joke for Quality and the returns are ridiculous 6 bulbs supposed to last for 20,000 hours one of the bulbs was loose in its base. So I had to return it and pay shipping parcel post was 7 dollars that’s what I paid for the bulb ridiculous right. Well I order another one and guess what it starts blinking after 10 minutes of operation and goes on and off ridiculous. Well I get my free one in the mail from Torch star not a refund just another frigging bulb hope this one works guess what it has a loose base Ridiculous. Do not I repeat DO NOT BUY anything from Torch star Quality is terrible BUYER BEWARE

Purchased six TORCHSTAR 110V 4W Dimmable GU10 LED Bulb - 6000K Daylight Spotlight - 50Watt equivalent lamps to replace over the counter GU10 incandescent 50 watt lamps, the one major improvement was the light color, went with daylight. It makes a winter seem brighter in the kitchen area, also helps older eyes read the newspaper and other small print. The wife love the lamps, so keeping her happy is my job and Torchstar help out, thanks.

I bought a single one of these and a 10 pack. I love these bulbs. Since I got them my power usage dropped less than half. They have more than paid for themselves. I was a little concerned with the depth of them for my track light but when I took the retainer clip off the cable on the back of the fixture it fit perfectly. Great product.

I've had nothing but problems with these lights. This company does not believe the customer is always right. Had one of these lights that are supposed to last 20 years got out after 1 month. Torchstar wanted me to mail it back (which costs me $2.00), and they would send me a new one if it was deemed defective. If I had to do it over again I would have bought from a more well known manufacturer.

The bulbs work fine. IMO, The 6K color is horrible. The light feels cold and uneasy. At night the light is oddly energizing and hard to relax in. I don't like them at all. I should've returned them, but thought maybe they'd mellow out over time so I missed my window for an exchange.

The dimmer does not wark at all, and when I connected in a regular switch the bulb made a lot of noise , terrible do not buy this Torchstar brand it is garbage, I bought also the regular led and when I connected in to a motion detector it start as a strobe turnin on and off even turning of the switch, I was trying to change my halogen bulbs . The LEDs works only in a regular switch .... Pay a little bit mor and get a better brand
