KILLER MICROSCOPIC BUGS!
WARNING: THIS IS A TRAGIC SITUATION, WITH A SAD ENDING.I use my husband's Amazon account all the time to purchase things from Amazon because I trust their brand. I just wanted to add some nice natural fragrance to the house. I purchased over 90 plants from Amazon for houseplants. I added these Seville Farms lavender plants to the collection and they killed all of my plants. Apparently there was a spider mite infestation from these Seville Farms lavender plants, that spread throughout all the plants in the house. I did not know what a spider mite was. I saw cod webs on the plants, and tiny bugs, so I googled. I recently retired from the Navy and I could finally have live plants again. We relocated to a larger house. So I purchased a bunch of Life plants to fill the house. I found a deal at Walmart for some plants, 4- one gallon peace Lilly's (bugs butchered them! But the peace Lilly's were so big, the biggest I had ever seen. I repotted them, 2 upstairs in my bathroom as seen in the picture, added water and they stood up bold, wide, and beautiful), 18 Amaryllis bulbs (thankfully the bulbs are still flowering), 2 orchids from Costco (I wanted to be sure I received the color I wanted), and the rest are visible from the Amazon recent order cart. But it's over 100 plants total which suffered from the spider mite infestation. My first batch of Seville Farms lavender trio died fairly fast. I thought I received a bad batch. So I reordered them and paid for an increase in number because they were small. That batch died fairly fast. I called Amazon they sent more. That batch died and I started to notice my other plants were dying for no reason. I was freaking out because I have spent a lot of money on plants, plant food, dirt and flower pots. I got online and I discovered what the cod webs where. I even saw tiny bugs on all of them! I was freaking out, and my husband was very angry because of all the money I just spent trying to make our new house into a home! I purchased the material to kill it, but it was too late! Leaf by leaf continued to fall. Amazon asked if I wanted more, but I said NEVER AGAIN BECAUSE THEY HAVE KILLED ALL OF MY PLANTS! Even my poor peace lilies and orchids! Some of the Amazon plants came from other vendors and they were awesome! Prior to the infestation. But I'm heart broken because of the loss of all my beautiful plants. I have a newly built energy efficient home, and bugs were carried in from a vendor using the trusted Amazon brand. I normally read the Amazon reviews, and look at the pictures. I should have did that with these orders. Amazon should have just sent me replacement plants from a different vendor when I told them about the first two batches.More of my plants which are visible from the Amazon recent order cart are as follows:4 ordes of 4 packs of Rosemary plants from Bonnie Rosemary plants1 saville farm cartoon Porta multicolor7 orders of Seville farm lavender trio pack4 orders of 1 gallon Jasmine double pack2 orders of American exchange one gallon Jasmine 2Pack plants4 oders of 4 American plant exchange areca palm 1 gallon plants2 orders of 2 American plant exchange peacock plants1 order of 1 gallon American exchange fern2 Victorian parlor Palm plants2 Green prayer pants from jmbamboo1 zebra plant from jmbamboo1 heartleaf philodendron by jmbamboo1 quart pot blue Moon wisteria vine1 large Mandarin lights orange azalea1 pistachio next-gen mophead hydrangea1 order of 4 pack of Mickey's minis kalgnchoe flowers2 snake plants from Hertz super robusta2 orders of a two pack of Hertz red player plants8 coastal farm Angel pathos1 Rosemary herb plant from stargazer perennials1 order of a 6-pack 9greenbox Confederate jasmine1 order of lavender burpee perennials 4 pack

DO NOT PURCHASE!!
If I could give a negative 5 star review I would, sadly one is the lowest the rating goes.Box was delivered upside down, thought maybe that was just the delivery guy’s fault; this could still very well be the case. When I opened up the box the poor plants had no shipping support, this did not help their cause. The medium they used is complete trash& that’s not a pun for compost. They were suffering from root rot so I rinsed&repotted them in fabric pots with Fox Farm potting stuffs (the stress of the transplant almost killed them) and even though I tried using every trick in the book to revive them it was in vain. They only held on for another week.If only The Three Company sold lavender.

Hoping they live
I wanted to just reach out to Seville Farms but couldn't find a way to do that through my orders. I think the plants would have been beautiful if the box had been upright. When i got them, the leaves were covered in moist dirt and I think it rotted the plant. I am hoping the roots are still alive. I've replanted them and hoping to see signs of a healthy rooting system but i don't know what to look for. Please provide feedback if you can. I understand it must be hard to ship live plants. I would recommend that you put a masking tape or burlap bag around the pot, that would keep the soil from leaving the pot in transport. I think they must have been beautiful when they left you farm.

Vender needs to be removed from Amazon
The worst looking plants I’ve ever seen. They where on there deathbed right out of the box. I read the other reviews and figured that it just had to be their bad luck and I might have a different experience. No such luck!

Not happy
It will be curious to see if these plants revive. When received soil was moist, plants not completely in containers and no color at all on the foliage. Dark gray, almost black, extreamly fragile

Not in good shape.
The plants arrived with two intact one falling apart in the box. They all look like they used to be healthy. But now they are fragile and grey. I planted them. Hoping for the best.

Keeping fingers crossed
I'm hoping these recover with some sunshine. They arrived in open pots with the dirt already in the pot, but nothing covering them to keep the dirt IN the pot. Delivery driver left box sideways at the door (for 8 hours), and the dirt ended up everywhere on the inside of the box. I put everything back together the best I could and am hoping they will bounce back soon.
