The ones I planted topped out at around 2 feet in this first year. This is at the low end of the 2 to 8 foot height range. Keep them moist if it hasn't rained in a while, but don't over water.

Q: Can I plant in a pot?

I plant them in a larger tub and they did very well so I don't see why you could not plant them in a big pot
