Good product
We just installed the rope this morning over the top of our shade cover to keep the wind from blowing it up so high. I recommend this product.

This rope is LEGIT! it stood up to 2 years in the Midwest where bad thunderstorms are common!
I use this rope to tie my balcony privacy shade to the balcony columns to keep it renter friendly without damage to the balcony and it works great. It's sturdy and has lasted 2 years outside in the Midwest weather without any breakage or damage or slipping. I highly recommend, given the price and amount you get. It's worth it and will withstand the weather

Great strength
Works great vs. the rope tat came with my sail shades. Knots tie easily and hold sail even during bouts of trade winds.

Golden shade
Although we were suprised at the golden color (not tan as described), the Feng sun shades looked good and provided plenty of cool shade. All our guests were covered by the two shades we purchased due to strategic placement of attachments to our fire ascape, cedar fence and wire fence posts. My husband seemed quite happy to figure out how to make a pretty hyperbolic sail set up. The second sun shade provided cross coverage. Since the sails are stationery put some thought into how the sunlight travels to your backyards as it moves from east to west. We used a third shade to provide better coverage (provided by our neighbor). It helps if you buy an extra hardware packet for greater flexibility in placement. We, however, did not use the turnbuckles. Sailorly bolins and other knot seemed to suffice. It's a ittle bit of a puzzle to set up, but fun to work out. We are concerned about how quickly we can take them down in a storm, but figure we'll just cut the lines if need be. We also recommend you use good sun shade lines (easy to tie and release) for the project. The Fourth of July BBQ with the sun shades made a great hit.

2nd time I bought this, first rope was way better
First time I ordered this rope I was amazed at how nice the outer covering braiding was and how stout the rope was. It sat outside in the Florida sun for 8 months and showed no signs of UV deteriorating…. But now this new rope has a much looser outer cover and is much softer and the core rope material is much thinner and squishy…. Don’t know how this will hold up over time….. I hate the bait and switch whenever I find a good product. It’s probably ok rope but not as nice as their rope they were selling here before.

It’s a sun shade sail rope. It works for my setup.
How in depth can a review be…for 50’ of rope? I bought this to replace the garbage quality rope that came with my 2 sun shade sails. I cut the rope to length, burned the edges so it didn’t fray or unravel. It’s got a little bit or stretch, not too little, not too much. It held the knots easy, some ropes are too stiff and easily unknot in minor winds. Not sure what else to say except it’s a rope and it worked for my needs.

Even god can’t rip them down
Originally, I had a weak rope holding up our two sun shades but the rope stretched out and the shades sagged, and thank god they sagged. I replaced the junk rope with this sun shade sail rope and one week later we had about a 120 pound branch snap off and fall about 25 feet onto one of the shades. If it weren’t for this product our shade, glass table, and a rocking chair would have been smashed to pieces. The only damage was the rope loosened a bit but that was an easy fix. I am beyond amazed by this product and this my first time taking the time to review an Amazon purchase.

I live in a desert... And this rope holds up.
No joke, I've tried several types of rope and they all end up disintegrating by the end of summer. I've actually used this rope for two summers now and it looks to be in near perfect shape. Fantastic stuff!!!
