Moderating blood sugar
I have been taking Nattural Ampalaya Plus (AP) off and on for about 10 years. I had elevated blood sugar A1C 5.7-- 5.8. I did not want this number to continue rising so I have been taking AP. My blood sugar is a manageable 5.4. I try to take it definitely during breakfast and dinner.As I get older, if I do not keep up with regular physical exercise and sensible food intake and at the proper times, I know my A1C number will elevate.
