Packing a small wound from a small surgery.

I used these for creating a fabric collar for holding a plastic cone around my dogs neck. Basically, it became a custom length shoe lace that I could tie/untie, and change every few days. Its softer than string, so didn't cut into the dog's neck.

The item is very good, the tape is exactly as posted and is good quality. The tape did not shred while used for packing, and did not fray when cut. The only down side is that other brands have an inner lid that will allow for your to pull the amount needed in a more controlled way. This product has the tape wadded around a large cotton ball, and if not careful you can compromise the integrity of the sterility. No, its not mission impossible, but I needed both hands to make sure I got the right amount out and not much more than that.

Perfect for small wounds & tunnels. Does well wet or dry. Strong enough that I'm not afraid they will break when packing or pulling them out. Wish they came with AG impregnated in them.

I needed this product to be sterile to pack a wound. It arrived a day early so that was good. However, the safety seal was obviously opened as the breakaway tab was missing. I checked the packaging and it was nowhere to be found. I was completely shocked, as this is a sterile product with a no return policy, so I'm confused as to how it arrived opened. I was able to get a credit for it, but that didn't help the fact I really needed it now.

recently had a c-section and due to an infection I need to have it packed. 1 of the areas is a "tunnel" and these are perfect to place. Serves the purpose they are intended for.
