Awesome buy, keeps feet comfortable. Sis weares 2 sets in each shoe to keep her planter fasciitis in check amongst other things like supportive socks and daily foot massage. She says that the insoles help a lot. These insoles last about 2-3weeks because of heavy use, but work better than gel insoles or some of the expensive orthotics on protecting and soothing tight foot muscles.

Hopefully, this company should make a new size for some big-and-tall people, like up to Size 13-16 some days.

I go through a lot of these in a year. I get maybe one month from a pair which is why I give them a three star. Somebody should be able to make a longer lasting flat cushion insert. I've resigned myself to just buying 12 pairs a year because the doubles make my shoes so much better.
