Reliance Jio Wi-Fi JMR540 Wireless Data Card

Waste of money.. I received the product 3hrs back since then I have been trying to start the device.. I have found that a bulged used battery is delivered to me.. I tried using it while charging without battery & then it worked but the speed isn’t that great when compared to my mobile hotspot(redmi note 5 pro).. Isn’t it cheating your customers? I need my money back respond ASAP... I have been waiting all these days awaiting for something great!! But I received some crap?! It’s so disturbing & irritating. Make a replacement with a good & brand new piece... if u can’t, then initiate a refund right now...

Just in 4 months i had problem with the device. It wasn't working. When been to service center at sanpada Navi Mumbai station those people were giving irrational n illogical reasons such as water has spilled inside the device. I argued with those guys n later they took my device for repair without any charges. I got it repaired in a day time n now again its working properly. But i m apprehensive of buying any electronic stuff from amazon again post this product.

Nice, but the socket got damaged one month ago, when approached the service center of Jio, they said it will cost you 2200 Rs/- after waiting me for 4 valuable hours in their office. So, this is a very bad experience of Jio Rilance. Then I got it repaired from one local phone repairer for 250 Rs/-. Now it is running good.

I ordered jiofi3. It came next day, thanks for prime one day delivery. Sim we need to buy from jio outlet seperately. Just take this modem and go to nearest outlet with your aadhar card with in 5 minutes you will get activated sim. I used this around 1 month and it work properly. You will get 4G speed as per daily limit offered by jio. It's look so nice, also it is easy to carry in pants or bag pockets.You can go for this product

( Purchased on 25 June 2020) Happy with the product because it gave me a reason to leave my home during lockdown; thrice !!Was working fine till 2nd week of purchase. And then suddenly, it just wouldn't connect to any device!! This was my time to make 1st trip to the Jio service center where they changed the motherboard. They said it was as good as a new one (because I insisted for a new device and didn't want to make another trip in lock down). So went for a 2nd trip to service center and brought it back home.Guess what; now the battery died instantly !! Boom..!! 3rd trip !It will be kept in service center for 3 days.. Awaiting my next trip.Thank you Amazon !!! Please also mention the after delivery charges with the product..

Received unexpected product (damaged laptop harddisk) instaed of actual jiofi device..

First time configuration was not easy. Contacted jio for assistance. Now its comfortable and easy. Avarage 6-7hours battery backup given and 4-5hours in travel. Works without interruption. Steady net work. this was my first observation. the seller charged 1849 for this product with model No 541 where its original price was 999. both seems to be same and could not recognized

I am unable to return or replace. The product stopped working on the 13th day.I'm not able to see the ssid of the JioFi in my Available WiFi list, both on laptop and on mobile. The JioFi is on, battery is sufficient, network is green and WiFi signal shows blue.What a waste
