High percentage do not work
We use Baofeng 888's where I work, this is the first time I bought this brand headsets for them. I bought 20, 75% of them either didn't work out of the box or would quit working within a couple of days. We are hard on heasets so I am used to replacing frequently, but the amount of times I have had to hand these out has been ridiculous. I did not complain to seller so I can not speak for customer service.

Works for me!
These were purchased to augment the walkie-talkies I bought. Only needed them as replacements for the original ones in the event of one becoming lost or broken. They are great for light duty use for sure. Will purchase again if need arises.

These earpieces work with our Baofeng BF-888S radios. Sound is clear. Just received them today so TBD on how long they last. The earpiece speaker worked on all 10. The microphone on one of them did not work. $17.99 divided by 9 fully functional pieces = $2 each which is still a great price.

I purchased these to use with an eSYNiC radio that we have to use where I teach. The earpiece I have tried so far works well and is very similar to the one that came with the radio. I've gone through two of the headsets that came with the radio in the last year, so I am hoping I will get a few years out of this pack of ten.

They work well. They are light duty but get the job done. Put the cord through the shirt so it doesn't get caught on anything else. They will last only as long as you care for it.

These ear pieces work well, but they take getting used to wearing, and the cord can sometimes be troublesome, as far as getting caughtwhile moving around. They are good at keeping communications quiet in a public place.
