If I have any complaint at all, it's that I wish this was slightly wider (longer) when it's propped under my knees and I'm on my back. But that's really minor, and if it was wider/longer then it might not be as good when I'm lying on my side. The memory foam is about perfect in terms of forming to my legs and providing support. Not what I expected, I thought it would be a little longer. The material of the actual pillow is kind of a shiny, sort of leathery or plastic feel, not what I think of when someone says memory foam.. and the "cooling gel" is not super effective, you can't really feel it with the case on. Edit: Customer service contacted me within a few hours to resolve the issue, they were very polite and accommodating. I am adding another star to the rating so you know that If you buy from Alapi, they won't take advantage of you.

I liked this pillow at first, but it seems to flatten out pretty quickly. It has now flattened out and is stuck in my couch. I can’t even use it anymore.

I tucked this in the end of a long pillow case, run the pillow case under me, then the bolster provides back support throughout the night so I am less likely to bow / twist my back over night. Been using about 6 weeks and it's a ton easier than the extra pillows I used to prop myself up with!

Pillow is smaller than I expected as I should have paid more attention to measurements. Overall is a great little bolster for elevating your feet at night & remaining cool.

I had a similar item, wedge pillow. I thought this item was larger. The height is not the issue, its the width. My knees are falling off one side or the other. I'm 5' 10'' 200 lbs not over weight, Muscular. Not what I expected.

Very small, but nice.

After searching through and buying several knee pillows the Alapi won out. It's cool, unobtrusive while sleeping and thin. Great value!
