When I first got it it had a funny smell. But I let it aired out and smell was gone.My daughter loved her lunch bag. It has plenty a room for drink, chips, and sandwich.

I didn't get this from this particular seller, but the one I have can be worn over the shoulder, like a back pack or hand held. For over the shoulder, you just attach the strap to the small loops on either side of the zipper. To use as a back pack, you slip the strap through the top loop in the middle-then attach to the bottom hoops, then it won't "flip" as the other reviewer stated. To use as a hand held, just don't use the strap at all. So versatile!

This product isn’t very good quality. The ears are off center and it came with a big mark on the white bunny. It won’t stay open and the straps make it to where the lunch box turns upside down.

My daughter is a big Overwatch fan so she loved taking this to school. Well made.
