If I want just the three primary colors, which blue should I choose?

Why limit your self to one specific blue? My suggestion would be to buy the Daniel Smith's full range of colors dot sample card. That way you can play and experiment with every shade of the primaries. so it will be exactly what you want for your exact needs. You can ask 1000 artists this question and you are gonna get a 1000 different answers. The dot sample card will allow you to figure it out for your self. As a full time professional artist ive learned the only way to find exactly what i want or need is to explore, play and experiment for my self.  Learning to stop using other artists pallets and color choices will open you up as a better artist.

Is daniel smith titanium white watercolor or gouache?

Daniel Smith Titanium white is watercolor paint.  If it was gouache it would be clearly labeled as Gouache on the tube.  To test this my instructor would recommend painting a 1/2 inch wide 3 inch long strip of India Ink.  Let the ink thoroughly dry.  Paint a stripe of the Titanium white paint in the saturation you normally use.  The watercolor paint will be somewhat translucent.  The gouache will be opaque. You have proved your answer.

I want to see all colors of Daniel Smith watercolors. Is this possible?

Well I bought the dot cards by Daniel Smith. There’s over 200+ colors!! This item is a dot of each paint they sell. So all you do is touch some water on each dot and you can test it out right beside each sample. Plus there’ enough  left of each one to do some smaller paintings.

Is Daniel Smith’s Jadeite a single pigment watercolor?

Up for debate according to some online.  It's from their Primatek line and is supposed to be from 2 minerals.   However there has been a recent "scandal" that some of these mineral paints have added  (undisclosed) pigment to enhance their appearance.  Don't know if it's true or not.  So it all depends on how pure you want your paint to be.   And if you are painting for yourself or selling these professionally you might want to dig for more information online.
