bought for work and was miles cheaper than having the first aid restock people supply one... I buy all my first aid stuff from Amazon because of that fact.

I have a number of these spread throughout all my first aid kits and go bags. I ended up buying a four pack as well. The four item version costs less per tourniquet.

This is worth the money I’ve purchased different ones but these work great good for the price as well why one when u can get two never know when u might need both

First off these are Chinese knockoffs of the popular and effective CAT tourniquet. If you buy these thinking you’re getting a CAT then that’s your fault.Having said that...I’m a first responder and wanted to put together a mass casualty kit (nothing but tourniquets, chest seals, hemostatic dressing, absorbent pads, and coband). I can’t afford to stock up on a bunch of Name brand tourniquets.I have a few name brand tourniquets (CAT, RATS) in MY OWN IFAKs. However, for my mass casualty bag quantity is the name of the game, so I bought some HEPHEAS ones to try out.Functionally these are just as good as the name brand. They work just as well, just as easily, and are just as secure. Quality wise they’re almost as good as the real thing. Materials are just as good. The only difference I can find is the stitching on these isn’t quite as tight (fewer stitches per inch). That’s fine with me because I consider them a single use item. I don’t want them back if I had to use them, lol.So my advice is if you can afford the real deal then get the real deal. Buying the real ones is important because your money goes to support the people who did the research and development to make a good product. If you simply can’t afford it then these are fine. I’ve already supported the real companies with multiple purchases to help myself and my colleagues, these allow me the possibility of helping more people.

Looks good. A must have for your med kit.

These are nearly as good as the real thing for 1/4 the price. However, if you’re in a spot where you need to use one, you’d probably give all your gold to have the best chance of survival. Would not recommend outside of training/practice. The stitching that holds the Velcro on mine started to come off on first use.

I now have several of these tourniquets because I believe you can never have too many. One for the car, one for the range bag, and I've given some away as well to family members so that I do not have to worry about them bleeding to death if they should ever need one. This package of two is the best value that I have seen so far. I can tell that they are very high quality material and I definitely trust my life to them should I ever need to use one. The bright red pull tab is also a very handy feature in case someone is using it that may not be aware to how they work. I also would like to mention that the shipping was very fast and I received the item in about 3 days
