I like quite dry white wine and as far as I am concerned you can't go wrong if you stick to the Marlborough area of NZ for your Sauvignon Blanc,I've never had a bad bottle from this area but my favourite so far is Villa Maria its a lovely well balanced fruity wine, I like to have a glass or two with some olives and feta cheese but its very drinkable on its own as well, I would certainly be more than happy if someone gave me a bottle or two of this wine, its lovely.
