Premier Piano Course -- Jazz, Rags & Blues, Bk 5: All New Original Music (Premier Piano Course, Bk 5)

I purchased with the other level 5 books and have been working through them. I'm technically advanced level five but wanted to refresh and have some fun. This book is one of the most fun! The pieces are very enjoyable, fun, and with a great rhythm that leaves my family bobbing their heads in the background. This level also offers a performance book and I recommend that with this because a lot of the songs go hand in hand.

It’s an OK songbook. 2-3 good ones in there if you want to play something that sounds a little jazzy or uses a blues scale, but no explanation or instruction or really even sense of progression in difficulty. Appropriate for an early intermediate piano player.
