Was a little weak and powdery when I first tried it, but I have got used to the taste now and really like it, maybe use a bit more than required. It should do the job helping to keep me going for longer, but who knows without scientific tests, I just rely on the research! I only use this when training, I prefer the gels and an hypertonic drink to race with.
