I have just started using this bottle and my brain fog is cleared. I don't know if this is the reason, but I feel better. It's been one week. Let's see what happens as time goes on.

Great products for health

I started taking 3 drops a day a few months ago and was feeling so much better. About a week or 2 in, I was getting anxiety, high blood pressure, headaches, body aches, insomnia etc... so I stopped taking it. I thought it was toxicity in this product but after studying, I have changed my mind. I believe now that this was apart of the detox. I’ll explain why.I started taking it again a few weeks ago, but only 1-2 drops every other day and then the selenium on the off day. I can still feel my body detoxing, but at a slower rate. One that I can handle. The symptoms I’ve been having now are just mild body aches, scratchy throat and of course a few more trips to the bathroom than normal.I have read that these symptoms I am having can be your body fighting a dormant mono virus that you didn’t know you had. Apparently 90% of the population has dormant mono and they have no symptoms of it. What they are finding is that this dormant mono seems to be causing other auto-immune diseases later down the road. So I think these symptoms are from my body fighting it off. I have read that it will run its course as you keep taking the iodine.Even though I can tell I’m detoxing, I still feel so much better. I find myself smiling most of the day. I feel my emotions are actually working like they should. I feel endurance and energy. I feel mentally sharper. So I’m going to keep taking it every other day.I have heard it can take 6 months for your body to detox from all the fluoride, chlorine, bromine and all the other toxic chemicals it has absorbed. I wish they would stop putting all this crap in our tap water at least. They should just treat it with iodine. Then we wouldn’t have this problem. Iodine is a great sanitizer just like chlorine. easy way to get my needed daily iodine!

I have no issues with my thyroid or anything like that. I actually eat quite healthy. No processed food. Mostly veggies. And I start each morning with a freshly made green juice (usually celery or cucumber).Out of curiosity, I spent the last 2 weeks learning about fluoride. I've come to learn this is the greatest hoax ever bestowed on humanity. It's severely toxic and replaces iodine if iodine isn't present in the diet. This, in turn, alters your mind and thyroid gland (and your thyroid gland is president and CEO of all your organs). So, as you can image, if the organ CEO is being poisoned, he's probably not going to do a good job of running the other organs. They're free to do their own thing, they're not being regulated, and distress calls aren't always heard. Oh, and fluoride is the number one cause - quite possibly the ONLY cause - of acne.Fluoride is nasty and stealthy. It can get stored in your organs for 10-20 years and you would never know! It's ubiquitous in today's world: it's in rain water, tap water, ice cubes, any water you use to clean veggies or fruit, in your shower, and in our soils. There's no escaping it. So you need a solid anti-fluorode regimen.A lot of people have small problems here or there, or skin problems, and just deal with it. Perhaps fluoride is the cause. That's the reason I started taking this. Is there fluoride in my body? Let's test!After taking it for a few days, I immediately felt a ton of side effects from fluoride leaving my body. Fluoride is savage going in and going out. My skin broke out, my eyes had little squiggly lines a few times a day, and headaches. There was one day, I think day 5, where I got hit with a massive wave of uncertainty and anxiety. I'm usually as calm as the cucumber I juice every morning.Needless to say, fluoride was in fact in my body, as shown by these side effects. I'm currently not taking anymore iodine until these side effects run their course. I'll start again when I feel I can handle more detox.To prepare for this battle, I've also been consuming vitamin C (calcium ascorbate.. the real vitamin C), 100mcg selenium (I eat 2 brazil nuts a day, so not too concerned about selenium), and juice wheatgrass mid-day (also a fluoride destroyer). I've also been doing full day fasts to expedite the process, along with dry brushing and epsom salt baths.Update Jan 2019: I now take 3 drops of these daily and feel great. I've learned nascent is safe to take long term (as opposed to lugols formula). I also learned that if people take this and feel uncomfortable in their throat (thyroid area), or any sensation, it's your body fighting off a viral infection in your thyroid known as Epstein Barr virus. The sensation is inflammation. It's your own body's reaction to a battle against another pathogen. Just slow down if it gets too uncomfortable.Update April 2019: What a toxic world we live in! Fluoride builds up so quickly. I ran out of Iodine and didn't reorder for a month. When I finally got it again and started taking it, my skin broke out for a few days from detox. Sheesh.
