Refreshing
I love it. I am so happy woth this purchase. I am temporarily bed bound due to leg injuries, and having hot or cold beverages is one of the few joys i have availability to control at the moment. It's been a soul saver. 🙂🧡

Temperature
Not ideal for hot coffee lovers. Cup keep warm but not hot. Can’t drink from cup if content is hot.

Barely better than a coaster
I love my hot tea in the winter so my husband gave me one of these for Christmas. I really thought it was a good idea.But then I used it.First, the fan makes a really loud clattering noise on startup. Lasts a couple minutes, then gets quiet.The problem is, the heat plate gets hot but the heat doesn't transfer to the cup (included). My tea is put on the warmer as soon as I brew it so it's really hot and should stay hot.By the time I've drunk half of the tea, it's just lukewarm. It should still be hot, if the warmer plate/cup combo worked together properly.I've also tried other cups that fit into the warmer plate and they don't keep the beverage hot either.I haven't tried it with the cool feature and a can of soda, but I don't really expect any better performance than the warmer.Yes, it's easy to use. Too bad it doesn't do what it's supposed to do.
