I brought all this know it is a quality product.

It's a scoop! And it's yellow! The yellowist, scoopiest yellow scoop ever!!!You will not be disappointed in this fantastic scoop. Neither too big nor too small, it is just the right size for a yellow scoop, and it picks up popcorn (not included) PERFECTLY. It also pours it into the serving vessel OF YOUR CHOICE (not included), with ease!I was a little disappointed with the lack of directions, but I'll tell you, this scoop is so intuitive, it almost doesn't need directions at all. The handle is just right for putting your fingers around; the popcorn is lifted with the wider ("Scoop") end of the device. It feels hefty and well-made, with plenty of strength for even your heaviest, butteriest corn.The eye on the handle allows one to display this fine piece of kitchen art in any underdeveloped corner of the kitchen.Picture this fine piece of perfected sculpture reminiscent of the lines of Eames and George Jetson.Hang a beautiful piece of work in an underappreciated corner of your pathethic Soho kitchen and watch the WOW! factor take over and brighten that dark corner.YELLOW! This scoop is overpriced at $7. I agree with another reviewer who stated that this is closer to a 99 cent scoop...maybe somewhere in the middle would be more fair. We serve popcorn at our club's events and meetings in either lunch sized brown bags, or a larger size in a #8 bag. I was hoping that this scoop would fill the smaller bag in one scoop and the larger sized in 2-3 scoops. However, it still takes at least 2-3 scoops to fill the smaller sized lunch bag and 5-6 scoops for the larger, mostly because the scoop is narrow and deep. You end up feeling like you are crushing the popcorn when you jam this scoop into the pile because you just can't fit too many pieces in the scoop at once. The scoop probably holds about as much at one time as your two hands cupped together. If it were just a couple of inches wider it would be oodles better. I didn't see size measurements on the product description...if I had, I might have passed on this. If I were to do it again, I'd save the $7 and use an old Big Gulp cup or something...it would work about the same.

As an event planner, I will use a popcorn machine 1-3 times in a week during the summer. Prior to purchasing this scoop I struggled with filling the popcorn bags. I had to open the bag with my hands, which I did not like to do for food handling reasons but the fan shaped scoop does not fill the bags easily. So, based on other reviews I thought I would try this scoop. I LOVE THIS SCOOP! It fits into the Great Northern Popcorn Company 1-1/2-Ounce Duro Bag Popcorn Bags perfectly. I don't have to use my hand to open the bag. This has revolutionized my popcorn serving existence!!If you use the Great Northern Popcorn Company 1-1/2-Ounce Duro Bag Popcorn Bags, you too will be completely satisfied and possibly overjoyed by purchasing this scoop.

Judging by the image, I thought it would be a more pastel yellow, but it's a bright yellow. It's plastic, decent quality and I would never have paid almost $10 normally for something like this but it was harder than I thought to find a popcorn scoop for our wedding.

It's a scoop. Not much more to say. It works just like you'd expect....We purchased this along with our Waring 4oz popcorn maker, but the popper came with a scoop as well, so this one is back up since it's a bit bigger. If you have a smaller popcorn machine this one may be a bit large to scoop out the corn.

Good size, good quality. Size-wise, it's a little bigger than a cupped palm. It's a good scoop, but if you look hard at a department store you could probably find something very similar for half the price or less.Never the less, it's a good scoop and I saved time by not going to one of said stores. works well.....and plastic is good for my popcorn machine
