This tea works really well if you have bloating and heavy periods. It relieves my pms symptoms and shortens my cycle by atleast 1-2 days. A little goes a long way. It's a potent tonic so don't drink on an empty stomach or oversteep or u will get nauseous. It also helps with some of the sugar cravings I get too during pms.

It tastes ok, I just use it to keep my blood sugar in check.

This tea has been a life saver for me over the years. I don't know how I ever let myself stop drinking it. I was feeling so terrible due to hormonal imbalance and I remembered that I used to drink it a long time ago & couldn't find it in the shops. Found it on Amazon & I will never be without it again.

The last two times I have ordered this tea, the tea bags are not completely sealed. Once placed in my tea cup the tea leaves become loose in my teacup. There is a gap in the tea bag where the string is attached. If you order this tea be sure to have loose leaf tea filters on hand. You will need them.
