Discovery Nu-View Concession & Food Equipment Cleaner (1) - Packaging May Vary

This is an amazing product. Spray it on, walk away. 3-5 minutes later clean with paper towels and easily wipe away and clean the glass. I have tried other products in the past not good, but this one is a game changer and it is food quality safe. This is the one to buy!

For people who are giving this bad reviews: You MUST let the cleaner sit for a few minutes!!!I just used this to clean the glass walls of the popcorn machine at my daughter’s new school. Probably hadn’t been cleaned in years! The glass was covered in yellow and brown gunk that did not come off with regular degreaser. I sprayed this on the glass, let it sit for a good 10 minutes and the glass wiped clean! There were a few trouble spots I had to spray again but those wiped clean on the 2nd try. It was awesome!!! I couldn’t believe it. I will say that this did not work very well on the plexiglass doors, but I might have needed to let it sit for longer on that surface. It worked amazing on glass.You should also note this is not to sprayed on high temperatures. Only equipment that has cooled. I’m not sure how it will work on the kettle because I used “Kettle Kleen” for that. It is a cleaner for high temperature cleaning. I was well impressed with this product and the coach couldn’t believe I got the crud off of that popcorn machine.

Cleaned my popcorn machine with this. Found that I could make the windows like new with this, and even the plexi front doors. The ceiling in the machine was reasonably cleaned by this. The kettle, not so much.I would recommend Carbon-Off for the kettle itself. Carbon off is just too abrasive for plexi and glass and you need good gloves (it melts nitrile gloves)Have not tried this for any other concession equipment, so can't comment on that.

The makes cleaning out popcorn machine so easy!! It works super well to cut the grease, so hard scrubbing required. All you have to do is wipe with a paper towel!

I ordered this because I have a home popcorn machine and I cannot stand my items looking dirty or greasy. This works like magic. I decided to use it with caution on my Ninja Air Fryer since it said that it could be used on grills (did not use on heating element) just the inside of the Ninja and that came out looking new again! I'm impressed.

I had to apply it several times and still haven’t gotten all of the grease off of the walls. It’s not a miracle product, but works better than soap/water and vinegar.

I bought an at home popcorn machine and have been dreading cleaning it but this has made cleaning it a dream. It doesn't have any weird smell, cleans the metal easy and doesn't leave any streaks on the glass. It’s pulls everything off and allows you to just wipe it away

Okay, maybe I was asking too much of it. have Great Northwestern popcorn machine, used at least weekly, sometimes a lot more. After each use I use brushes to get out the loose corn, extra salt, and stuff from the kettle, brush out the salt and kernels into the catcher, which gets wiped out with a paper towel every so often. So, the interior gets pretty greasy with the butter-flavored canola oil we use (good stuff though). Decided to do a 'not-really-but-close-to-it full cleaning'. Took the kettle off, sprayed all the glass and bottom with this Nu-View. Foams up like it knows what it is doing. Wiped and basically just wiped up foam. Greasy stuff still on everything. Okay, spray and let it sit for about 10 minutes while I tackle the kettle. (Which ended up tackling me...never again, maybe) So back and wiped.... the foam. Some grease came off the glass, the aluminum bottom got cleaned good though. So, maybe this is made for use after every time the popcorn machine is used. Ain't gonna happen. Ended up with 409, which worked really well, with some scrubbing. Well, the grease was there awhile. Used to work in an Air Force base movie theater (back in the 90's right after I retired), ran the projector and popcorn machine. Only wiped that down after each night, so reckon wipe down is the way to go. And some other grease cutter when I can't see through the glass anymore.
