The darkest swatch on this was a warm level 6, which is not “dark brown” to me. I needed a level 4neutral. Otherwise, good purchase.

The hair seems to be good quality and there is a spot at the top where you can label each swatch formula. Good buy!

After I got mine I took them outside in the sun to get a good look at the color. I noticed immediately in a couple of the blonde swatch’s empty lice nits still glued onto the shaft from a prior lice infestation. I was pissed to say the least after paying the price for this. I’m not sure if anything was active or not so I am keeping them in a sealed bag for now. I didn’t see anything that appeared to be alive or active but I took full precautions anyway. I do not know if this is normal or not when getting these swatches but I’m not a salon nor a professional hairdresser just a consumer wanting to test some hair colors for my daughters hair. I honestly don’t have a problem with it as long as it’s been fully treated and no way of transfer however full disclosure would have been appreciated before purchasing! Aside from that the hair is good for it’s intended purpose and I did use one swatch which worked good for the different colors used.
