Babies on the Farm is the best of the 4
Cute little series. Babies on the Farm is a cute little story, but they progressively get a little lost. BITWild is a bunch of animals that don’t live in the rainforest, and BITSnow just seems to be packing as many arctic animals as possible in, without any flow or story. I mean I get that they’re just baby books, but I read them 1000 times so...BOTFarm 5 Stars, BITForest 4 Stars, BITWild and BITSnow 2 stars...

This wasn't as good as Little Green Frog
My two year old (and the rest of us) liked The Little Green Frog and the other ones in the set were pretty good too, but these ones are not as good. She never reaches for any of the ones in this set. I gave it three stars because the quality of the book is good. It had big chunky flaps that my daughter likes to open and are very difficult to destroy, but the stories just weren't a hit at our house.

Very sturdy, will grow with a toddler
#1 consideration is board books - especially "lift the flap" ones is their ability to stand up to abuse! These well made books are extremely sturdy. The flaps are equally well designed: they open easily and completely but also fit snuggly when closed even after multiple "energetic" openings. 4 stars as the illustrations are dense - more appropriate for an older toddler with lots of vocabulary and other educational leads beyond the usual flap book content. A worthwhile addition to a little one's library.

FAVORITES! Very Sturdy!!
Absolute FAVORITES!We LOVE these chunky lift-a-flap books! In addition to these, we have 7 more! The stories are short & simple and the illustrations are beautiful. The books are VERY sturdy. The flap is as thick as 2 pages from a Dr Seuss board book; the pages are equivalent to 3-4 Seuss pages! These books have held up well against my 18mo old’s aggressive page & flap turning. They will be in our collection for a long time!

Forest Foxes Good, Others Not
My 6 month old baby really liked Babies in the Forest (the fall fox book) in this series, so we got them all. To be honest the fox book was the best one, but the other not as good. Babies on the Farm has many references to father/papa etc & as a single mom with no father in the picture I had to give it away. Too bad because my girl likes farm animals. I suggest just getting the Babies in the Forest book as the story is cute and lift up flaps are thick (will last many reads), but skip the set.

Clearly a used book
My 1 year old really enjoys this series of books, the thick durable pages and flaps are great for her tiny fingers. The art is adorable and quick little stories are perfect! The set arrived shrink wrapped together and 3 of the books are in new condition. The Babies in the Snow book however is covered in sticky fingerprints and there are scuffs and indents all over the back of it. The flaps inside the book are also floppy and creases are worn from use.

Great books for little ones
My 10 month old grand baby loves these books. I actually bought one in a store and at that time she couldn’t turn the pages or open the flaps. She spent so much time with the book that I bought the four pack. She loves these books. They are very sturdy and hold up to all her handling.

18 mos old granddaugher LOVES these books!
My daughter tells me her daughter (18 months) consistently chooses these books to 'read' over many others on the shelf. she loves the flaps and makes the animal sounds. The books are very sturdy and perfect size for small hands.
