Assembly instructions could be better.
Initially had an issue when product arrived. The description of the product says the material is metal but it actually is made of wood. After a few messages they said I had the correct product and offered a partial or full refund if I wanted that. I choose the partial and kept the product as I didn’t mind wood just would have liked a correct description of the material. Then when I went to assemble the product the first thing I noticed is that the instructions describe the parts with identifiers, such as B5, B6 or B8. But the actual parts have no markings on them whatsoever, so it’s not easy to determine if you used the right ones. Which caused me to have to disassemble it while putting it together when I realized I had put the wrong pieces in the wrong place, thus wasting time. Also after I assembled it I realized I had some parts (screw caps) leftover, I realized where they should go, but they really should include that in the assembly instructions.
