HORRIBLE Texture, But 2 Stars For The Nutty Grain Flavor; Would NOT Recommend For Pasta Lovers
This was incredibly disappointing. As a sufferer of Celiac (and one that remembers the taste and texture of 'regular' pasta), I'm always on the hunt for gluten free substitutes for my favorite food. After reading the glowing reviews for this one, I was excited to try it. And I hate to give a good company a bad review, but it really was pretty awful. My main issue with it is the texture. It actually TASTES semi decent, which is why it got 2 stars instead of 1. It has a robust, nutty, grain flavor with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Fairly pleasant, although not really something I'm looking for in my pasta. But the texture RUINS it for me. I tried it al dente, super overcooked and every way in between. There is no way to make the texture palatable. It's a lot like I remember whole wheat pasta being, but much stiffer and grainier with very little flexibility. It was unappetizing and nothing like pasta should be.I would not recommend this product. I bought one other bag of pasta from this company in a different shape to see if it improves, but I'm not hopeful.

The best GF, vegan pasta I’ve ever had!
This is the best GF, vegan grains pasta I have ever had! I am bummed that Costco doesn’t carry it anymore but happy that I can still find it on Amazon.I don’t like the bean- or rice-based pastas as they tend to have a funky taste and fall apart or stick to pans while cooking. This pasta is much more durable so can withstand extensive stirring without breaking into tiny pieces. You can cook it the same way as regular pasta and don’t have to treat it any differently. It doesn’t have much of a flavor so will taste like whatever sauce or seasoning you add to it.

Grain free pasta
I am sensitive to all the common food grains, not just those with gluten. This pasta does not contain any rice. Rice makes me very congested. Most commercially produced gluten free foods, including the other pastas by this company include rice. I like this better than the pasta made from garbanzo beans. Those are either too chewy or when cooked more, fall apart. This pasta doesn’t do that. I think the taste is similar to wheat pasta, too.

The only brand of GF pasta that actually performs like wheat pasta
I bought the macaroni noodles from this brand at Costco and couldn't find other shapes at stores in the Denver Metro area so I ordered these ones online. They also perform wonderfully! I make a point of checking the pasta for doneness rather than going by the package instructions as I've found I need to cook it a smidge longer than the bag instructs. My family never guesses that I've duped them with GF pasta when I use this brand.

Old version is great
I really like the version of the product that is made with quinoa, sorghum, amaranth, and chia. The texture is great and it holds up well. It's nice to have a pasta that's not made with rice. You can find those anywhere so that's what makes this product unique. Please offer this version again.

Great healthy pasta substitute !
It was delivered on time, it was the exact product we have used in the past, just a much higher price. I am currently searching for another product like this at a lower cost. We used to purchase at Costco for half the cost, but they don't carry anymore. Anyway, still the same product, great taste, etc...

I am allergic to wheat and can never find good pasta or noodles
I am allergic to wheat and can never find good pasta or noodles. These are the best! The are heavy and not over processed! They are filling as well. I will order these again. So nice to have a pasta that I can eat! The flavor is so great that I can eat them plain with a few veggies!

Delicious!
This is the best gluten-free pasta I've ever eaten, and I've tried everything out there. It has a wonderful rich flavor and perfect texture (although I did have to cook it an extra 2 minutes than recommended.)
