The packaging was awesome. Everything was super well protected and arrived without a scratch. Setting it up was super easy, and folding it up only takes a few seconds, really handy when you are on the go. The scooter has a bunch of speed options and it can go really fast. The battery life is great too. I can ride for a long time before needing to recharge. It's got a headlight in the front and a brake light in the back, plus a hand brake, so it feels really safe, even when riding at night. It's super solid too. My friend weighs 220 lbs and he rides it at full speed with no problem at all. The scooter handles it like a champ. Totally worth it!

I recently got the VOLPAM electric scooter, and it has been a great purchase. It’s powerful enough to get me around the city easily, and the speed is just right for commuting. It's a good scooter, I'd say and it has exceeded my expectations already! The motor gives it plenty of power, allowing me to reach speeds up to 19 MPH effortlessly.The 8.5” solid tires are a great feature—no worries about flats, and they provide good traction. It is perfect for daily commuting. I also like how lightweight and foldable it is, making it easy to carry when needed.this scooter is great for commuting, running errands, or just having fun. Highly recommend it

Great build quality on the scooter, rides really nice, good suspension. But it accelerates a little slow, if you turn up all of the settings and have it on the highest speed its usable, definitely get the 500W model with the 10AH battery, that is the one I got, and it gets around 13 miles of range on the highest speed. Goes around 19 miles per hour consistently, and struggles on steeper hills, but can maintain 18 on 10 percent grade or lower. Also its very quiet. Good size as well. Very portable. For a $300 scooter, it really could be a LOT worse!

So far the scooter is great, (knock on wood) I read many reviews about the scooter and I have had no problems that the one stars had, that is so far though. I have had the scooter for two days and rode it a few times. It has great power, great breaks, and is a very quiet scooter. It does have an electric whirl but it’s pretty quiet. The scooter can make it up hills no problem. I don’t weigh that much but it still makes it up. I haven’t rode it very far yet but it can go pretty far and still not die. The head light and break light feature is cool too. Very safe for younger kids and riding at night. I had all the parts and charger come in the box. Assembly was very easy and only a few steps. The hardest part was getting it out of the box. So far I recommend this scooter and definitely get it on sale. I will write an update if anything changes.

I bought this for my daughter who is about to turn 13. I had purchased a Segway ninebot, but it was small and not fast enough, so that will be for me younger daughter. I was impressed by the build quality of the valpom scooter. It was easy to assemble. It took me a second to find where the charger plugs in. I like that this scooter supports a lot of weight and it's quite fast, so she'll be able to grow into it. I love the digital read out, which shows the battery level, the driving mode, and the miles per hour. It's easy to change driving modes. The scooter has great torque and power, and the brakes work well. I like that there are reflective lights and a brake light for safety. I am very pleased with the quality and capability of this scooter, so much so that I purchased the version with shock absorbers for myself!I have not tried the app, so I can't speak to it yet.

This was a great value for the money. We got this for our 13 year old daughter to ride 1.5 miles to and from school each morning. She can control it with an app on her phone (including locking it so no one can steal it). It's the perfect size for her (would not recommend for kids much younger than 10), but it's large enough an adult could use it too. It has a headlight and several different modes to control the speed. My daughter really enjoys riding it and she hasn't had any issues with the battery. It can go up to ~18 mph which is pretty quick, but for older kids it's great!
