I order a tan color and I received a hat with the tag information saying the color is putty and honestly I’m still trying to figure out what color it is the hat but I’m keeping the one I received since is a beautiful and the most important is a great quality hat, I can see in person why the price tag of $85 us dollar, my only hope is that the company who distribute this items in the us pay a fair amount of money to the people who really make them in china, otherwise I will be heart broken thinking that I’m helping someone getting rich in united states while the hard working people in china getting paid cents for this luxury items, because it is a luxury hat.

This is a very nice mid-priced hat. The felt is soft to the touch, but firm enough to hold its shape. The fit is good. I am a 7 1/2 and this size L fits with no expanders needed. It came totally crushed in a amazon vinyl envelope inside a clear cellophane wrapping. After I opened it I was concerned , but I popped up the crown and shaped it with my hand and viola... it was perfect. I am not a hat guy, but my grandfather did not leave the house without a lid on. In his honor, I am trying out a hat that isn't a ball cap. I've purchased a straw Panama hat, this hat in putty color and a dark olive fedora to try out. So far its a fun fashion statement.

The hat looks good and holds its shape, but a bit more rigidity in the material would be good. The hat band looks good at first, then you realize it’s vinyl and stapled to the hat. Leather or even cloth would be better. Overall, It fits well and looks good.

Left my hat in backseat of truck and accidentally put packages on top of it and it bounced back better than ever.

Looks and fits great. The quintessential cold weather hat.

Nice fit and wears like a shag should

I have been looking for a new hat. When I saw this one I thought I would give it a shot. It looked pretty nice in the picture. I used a soft tape measure and matched up the size I would need. When I received it, I was happy. It is a very beautiful hat. Nice a soft. But then when I went to put it on it was at least 2-3 sizes too big. I actually gave it to my son-in-law to try. He claims to have a "Huge" head so I thought if it does not fit me maybe it would fit him. It did fit him but the hat was too shallow. The top of the hat hit his head before it sat in the proper position on his head. When I put the hat on I had kind of felt the same thing. So we ended up returning the hat. I was very disappointed. It looked very nice. I will just have to keep looking. When I went back to look at reviews others had similar problems but it was all over with too big and too small. So it is hard to say if you will get the right size. If you want to try, I wish you good luck. If you can get on that fits, you will have a beautiful hat.

This hat has become my all occasion going out hat. Of any hat I've ever owned it rates as the best in comfort, fit and style of any of the best western brands I've worn.I'd like to purchase another just like it for every day work, but sadly find they now only have it left in size small. Here's hoping it will return in all sizes.

Größe des Hutes passt. Zuerst dachte ich, dass die Höhe nicht reicht; aber der Abstand zwischen Ohr und Hut ist eine Daumenbreite, also richtig. Material und Verarbeitung sind gut. Ich trage den Hut gerne bei abendlichen Spaziergänge, solange es nicht zu windig ist.

I purchased this particular style and color, as I already wear numerous Cowboy Hats, this one is "putty colored" like a light fawn. Fits so perfectly too, with nice touch of a colored feather one side, and a hat brim band for good measure. Most of my other hats are either Stetson styled in Black, or white. I WILL be a wearing this one to this year's Kentucky Derby in two weeks time. Nice and lightweight too, which in strong sunshine is a real bonus. Easy go clean too, using a brush and special cleansing sponge.

This hat looked great in the picture, I measured my head and ordered it.I am happy to say the hat looked even better in real life and it fits perfectly , I was going to get rid Of the feather but have decided to keep it, for the moment.Very good quality and a good price.And it was packed nicely by Amazon and received it quicker than I expected 😊😊😊😊😊
