Don’t bother...
Photo of ignition coil next to the original. As you can see it is not the same size and when mounted the gap between the coil and flywheel is too large. Trying to return but seller says to take a photo of defect and mail back. Yet they don’t give any address or instructions on where to send it. Not a happy customer!

Wont Fit Wont Run
I bought these a couple of years ago for a fleet of golf carts I acquired from a golf course and was fixing up one at time. I didn't need to replace one until I came to a cart a mouse had built a nest on top of the ignition and I'm guessing the mouse pee messed it up. Since I had two new ignitions on the shelf, I put one on and got a spark and got it to ran. However, it was hit or miss. Sometimes it ran okay and other times it would start - even with starting fluid. It appeared to have a spark but not enough to start it. I would get some popping and back firing but not start or run and then all of a sudden it would run. Unfortunately, I threw away the old ignition otherwise I would compare the two side by side as other buyers have done. However, the gap between the magnet and the ignition is huge- like a quarter to half inch. I have since ordered a new ignition from a different seller it should arrive today. If I didn't have that option I would consider slotting out the holes so I could mount it closer to the magnet.

Do not buy! Does not fit! Won't run with 1/4" airgap
I was expecting a direct replacement. Not even close! There is no adjustment on these so the little bolt holes need to be at the perfect spot for the correct air gap....and they are not.
