Very comprehensive workout
Most people don't realize that motocross IS a sport, and a very physically demanding one at that. Even a rider who doesn't compete much needs to be in really good shape if s/he want to enjoy riding at all and avoid injury. This book has everything a rider needs to prepare for riding at any level, including aspiring professionals, if that's their goal. Very demanding, but not impossible to follow. Frankly, anyone who wants to be in top physical shape would do well to use this book.

The only book out there on this subject.
Great work by the author. You have to recognize the initiative, its probably the only publication of its kind out there thats this specific. Sure, some people may have a different approach but it just enriches our sport. Good job.

I am coming from the Crossfit world, but the book really brings you back to the basics and how easy working out is with little to no equipment.

My Fiance loves it, it gave him different ideas on how to train before, during and off season with motocross to stay in shape. Great Book

Hard going to read cover to cover
Nothing wrong with this book, has all the info anyone could ask for. Also covers diet and nutritician for riders. Shows exercises for muscle weakness in certain areas ie poor muscle strength in the calves or lower back etc....Best way to use this book is to delve into it as you feel the need to look something up.

Waste of money
Waste of money. Has very little specific to motocross. If you have never even done a sit up in you life then this book will show you how.

A great book if ou want to get in shape
I only started reading this book but from the first page it looks like it know what to do!I can only recommend it if you want to get in shape. It focuses on the specific training and exercises specially needed for bike riding!
