This product makes for some of the best home-brewed coffee you can find. Last year, I developed an expensive habit of preferring blonde roast coffee to my usual dark roast. I bought Starbucks bags for months and recently got tired of the price. I took a chance on this one, and from the moment I opened the bag I was blown away. Fantastic aroma, full-body flavor, and you can just tell it's fresh. It is fantastic - won't go back to buying Starbucks!

Not as bitter as the dark roast. Works perfectly in our Breville espresso maker. Great tasting and great price. Worth trying.

The beans have a smooth and slightly sweet flavor and the quanitity is plentiful.My only complaint is that the seal had come undone before I got it.Otherwise good beans.

I love my coffee black and typically make a single cup each morning just for myself, as my wife doesn't drink coffee. I am always searching for a lighter roasted coffee with a good flavor profile, as I love the taste of good fresh coffee, but I also want the higher polyphenol count that you get from a lightly roasted coffee. Some light roast are also light on flavor though...As you can see in the picture, the color is light, but cloudy since I brewed this in a french press. The complexity is great, with citrus and sweet notes while still retaining the nutty and toasty flavors typical with a light roast. Even brewed in a french press, this coffee is light-bodied and doesn't leave any lingering bitterness on the tongue. In fact, even when I sip a little of the sediment typical with a french press brew I am not tasting any bitterness. So, that tells me this is a fresh coffee.I was pleasantly surprised by this coffee and even happier to learn that it is roasted in Austin Texas as I live in San Antonio, so I can always get a new shipment quickly. Not sure if they have a shop in Austin, but I will definitely check into to it the next time I travel there.I only wish they had a decafe option so I could send some to a good friend of mine who is a coffee lover as well, but has been told by his doctors that he should only drink decafe. It is hard to find good options in that space.

I really like this roast. I’m a big fan of blonde and this hits all the notes. Great value compared to other big brands and I’ve purchased over 4 bags and it’s been very consistent.

As a Vine reviewer I take my reviews seriously, just like I take my coffee and espresso. This has to be the worst espresso I have ever had. It is rancid, bitter, acidic and taste like a ton of lemon peel was dumped into it. After my first attempt in our Breville espresso machine I thought maybe I had made it wrong but after the second go I dumped all of the beans out and got as many out of the machine as possible. I made it perfect as in just the right pressure, grind and amount of coffee. This is just horrible espresso and if I had to imagine what cat urine tasted like, it would taste like this.

This roast was perfect for lattes in my home espresso machine. Great favor and fresh on arrival.
