I purchased this box years ago. I've been using this box to watch video a couple hours a night and I've seen it's been working great. No complaining so far. The only very few problem was the wifi sometimes dropped off line and automatically reconnected back online. This is a good product to watch online videos.

Seller will NOT reply to emails. Seller will not provide the factory warranty information.Buy from a reputable seller\company and save yourself some grief.After much digging I found the manufacturer via the MAC address on this box. There is no manufacturer label anywhere.The manufacturer is b2gos.com, located at: NO.2 Tian Sha Road,TangXia Town,Dongguan,GuangdongAfter 6 attempts to get warranty return info they have still not returned a single email message.I have been exceedingly polite, yet they still will not reply.A co-worker bought an Nvidia Shield 6 months before I bought this POS. His Nvidia Shield failed a week after this X99 box failed and he got an RMA and a new box before the seller (ShySky Tech) ever returned a single email message.If you have to buy a Chinese made product at least buy it from a reputable manufacturer and seller.

Excellent product. I have 2 Amlogic S905, and 1 S912 TV Boxes. This is my first Rockchip RK3399. It's pricier than the Amlogic but the video streaming quality is awesome.

I bought this 7.1 android box in 2018 and it lasted less than a year due to poor ventilation and processor heat buildup, which eventually cooked the unit. For the high price, you should expect much better heat dissipation. Recommend you pass on this box.

Bought it in Sept '18 and stopped working this Jan. going into an entirety of loops during startup. I made 10s of attempts to hard reset the devise, bootup from SD, upgrade the box etc. No Luck, so threw it away and bought a Roku. Never looked back.Great specs of course, look and feel is so so, like cheap china stuff.For me - the Roku might be limited in functionality , but for streaming from the Web and playing movies from my NAS it is cheaper and reliable.

I bought RK3339 (Z99)IPTV Box with advertised remote and keyboard. I found the device very unstable and remote and keyboard incompatible with the box. I wasted my money on this Android box.
