I bought the anti snoring mouthpiece for my husband in hopes it would reduce his snoring, even while sleeping with his c-pap. I wasa little skeptical, especially since it was not expensive. We boiled the mouthpiece to ensure a proper fit, and because of his many years of football, he was comfortable wearing the mouthpiece throughout the night. For the past two nights he has greatly reduced his snoring and says that he has had more restful sleep. I would definitely recommend the OSL Supply Anti snoring mouthpiece to anyone that has a loved one that snores. It will help you and them get a better night sleep.

It does work better than other stuff my husband has tried. He continues to snore but not as loud. However, the downside is that overnight he ends up dropping the mouth piece, he’s lost it several times. But his loud snoring while having the mouth piece on has minimized quite a lot. I’d recommend it but I’d be nice to add something to help keep inside mouth while turning. Perhaps you might want to buy more than one in case you lose one.

I was pleasantly surprised with the effectiveness of this product. Given that this seemed like a solution too simple to work I didn't expect much. The mouthpiece worked instantly the first night. most importantly, it fit comfortably. Would recommend to anyone :)

It was used for my husband’s snoring. It made a difference, but it did not really stop the snoring all together.

At first I was a little bit skeptical about the mouthpiece working and getting a proper fit. I got a proper fit the first time. I brought the water to almost a rolling boil, took it off the stove for about 30 seconds then put the mouthpiece in the water for 30 seconds took it out then shook off the excess water to cool it down a bit so I didn’t burn myself. Put the mouthpiece in my mouth and bit down on it and shaped it around my teeth. Left it in my mouth for about a minute to insure a good impression then rinsed it with cold water to make it hard again. The fit was comfortable and I had no issues sleeping eventhough it was my first time sleeping with a mouthpiece in my mouth. My wife has said that my snoring has decreased and I’m sure over time it will continue. This mouthpiece is huge. It's also difficult to set to your teeth. Did not reduce snoring either.

After my last pregnancy I was left with a TMJ problem that makes me grind my teeth. I have to wear a mouth guard to protect them from breaking.
