Recipe for Success For All Agents
The HyperLocal HyperFast Real Estate Agent reads hyperfast! Dan doesn't waste any time in getting into his recipe for success. If you are a new agent or an agent that wants to break through to higher level of sales, this is the book for you. This is not a book that offers a few pointers and leaves you begging for the formula to success. Dan starts from the beginning with real life stories of how he became one of the top producing agents in the country from the very beginning of his career. He shares with you his secrets to success. I have read so many books on how I can become a more successful agent, a more profitable agent, and this book clearly states how to do just that! I highly recommend this book to all agents who have read and tried everything and are still trying to figure out how to get into that top 1%. Dan Lesniak spells his success out step by step. An absolute must read for success in sales!

At the same I can see this being some of the best literature for new agents that exists because it will ...
Was able to put the book down just long enough to start implementing some of the concepts. As a real estate agent with previous "traditional" business experience, this book is really resonating with me and making sense of a lot of the concepts I know would make my business more efficient. It explains them in a way that is applicable to this side of the industry by providing personal experiences of the author that any agent who has been in the business can empathize with. At the same I can see this being some of the best literature for new agents that exists because it will help make them aware of very real situations that occur and give them the tools to find success through them. Overall the book is very relatable, easy to understand, and really is the way all agents should approach their business. I really wish this existed when I was starting out.

Actionable Blueprint for Selling More Homes
This book was great! As a new agent, the hardest thing to do is focus your energy on just one thing, and not veer off course at every shiny new idea. Dan lays out an excellent plan to build market share in your area. Because real estate is so local, sellers are looking for somebody that knows their area. Following the blueprint that Dan lays out, you can greatly increase your chances of being the expert that a seller selects to sell their house. Highly recommend this book!

This great read reinforces the principle to plan your work
This great read reinforces the principle to plan your work, work your plan and remain consistent. The STP concept is genius. Not only does the author tell you what you should be doing, but goes into detail with a myriad of buyer/seller scenarios, sharing exactly how to do it! It's a must read for new agents and also reminds those of us who have been in the business for years to stay consistent and not to give up on marketing processes before they have a chance to work. I'm now reading it for the second time! I love people who "color outside the lines" and Dan certainly uses that concept!

Leadership by (compelling!) example
Dan's story demonstrates that committed implementation of solid fundamentals can put you on top, every time. His rookie success would be unbelievable in a work of fiction, but as a factual narrative, backed up by verifiable stats, it's truly inspiring. Lots of people advocate common sense, resolute ethics and hard work; hardly anyone offers such a detailed picture of how that can all come together. This is enormously valuable for anyone working in real estate. I'd also recommend it for anyone interested in business, or anyone with plans to buy or sell a home.

Very interesting read.
The author gives you some good basic information about his model of real estate. I do see 100% commission models becoming a product of the future as the majority of realtors work very hard, spend a great deal of their own money on advertising, MLS fees, TREC fees and training and deserve a better compensation for their time, energy and money. I do not know that I agree with him on taking anyone who comes along as the broker is responsible for his agents and lawsuits are not something any broker would want. I would also be very hesitant on giving back too much of your commission as than you are right back to the old model but instead of giving it to the broker you are giving it to the customer. I can certainly understand making it a win for everyone but once more the cost involved in selling real estate is steep and if the realtor does not make a profit their business will soon end. All in all a very good read and gives anyone serious about this business much to think about.

Great Book if You Are Thinking About Becoming a Real Estate Agent
I work in the real estate industry and have been thinking about becoming a Realtor. I am so happy I got this book. Dan uses stories from his first year in real estate to teach the strategies that helped him quickly become a top selling agent. I found the book to be highly entertaining, but at the same time very educational. His background is unique for the industry which helps him bring a fresh perspective on how to get the best results for your clients and grow your business

Save Your Money
I’m unsure how anyone in real estate could consider this an actionable book that would help their business. This is more of a rehashing of real estate stories, poorly written, with little to no actionable content. If you’re sending “Hyper Local” post cards, leave an example. You’re running Google Ads???cool. Leave an example. Positioning through targeted newsletter e-mail?? LEAVE AN EXAMPLE. The only actual example he gave was a Craigslist ad.It was plain to see from the beginning pages when his book blurbs were just his client testimonials that the book would lack any actionable advice. This is the typical real estate business card book. Publish a single book, list yourself as a #1 best selling author, and then sell something on the backend.Save your money.

Great book
Great book! Large margins to write key points in and highlight. Lots of applicable examples and solutions that every real estate agent will come across and how to handle them like an experienced professional. One example is how to operate an open house with owners who are unwilling to put the money or time required to market and sell the home. Another is how to handle seller clients who exaggerate their homes value and list their home way over market value. These are great examples that I will turn back to in the future. Easy read

Great read for anyone interested in Real Estate
I was super impressed with this book! This was a very interesting read with a lot of practical examples on how to handle particular situations and how to market yourself in a way to generate new leads but also add a personal touch. I'm not quite licensed yet but i know i will be applying a lot of these methods to my career to generate sales and relationships in the industry.
