Big hard shell capsules which put me off initially but surprisingly they are the easiest capsules to swallow!!Also these pills are just marketed by Tata not actually manufactured by them.

The media could not be loaded. Great choice for the price and quality, people might feel weird looking at hard gelatine shell but its for a purpose as its 'Enteric Coated' gelatin and is somewhat soft and entirely different than other soft omega3shell, it gets easily dissolved within 20min - just called Tata 1mg they gave this information.

Doesn't cause bloating and no fishy after taste. But didn't see any difference in health.

Helps me teach my omega 3 goals everyday. You do get the first burps(downside) and I feel that is the only way to tell that the product is effective.

I started taking this omega supplement and within just 2 days, I developed a fungal infection (daad) on my arm. It kept getting worse until I stopped taking the supplement. Once I stopped, the infection slowly started to heal on its own.I wasn’t taking any other supplements or medications at the time, so I highly suspect this product was the cause. Please be cautious before trying it—especially if you have sensitive skin.
