Polly Pocket Tiny Pocket Places Studio Compact with Micro Lila Doll & Accessories

This is a cute little compact but definitely not the same quality as the old school blue bird polly pockets! As shown in the picture not only is the new one much smaller but the interior details are severely lacking. The old compacts had a bunch of 3 dementional painted plastic backgrounds that carefully hid the edges of any stickers of any were used. The new matell versions just have one 3 dementional piece with a sticker slapped on to cover the rest of the area. It gives it a McDonald's toy vibe to be honest. I'm hoping the larger play sets are better.That being said I am a 30 something adult buying a kids toy for myself (no shame here!) I think any little kid would love this and even if the quality isn't as great as it used to be I'm probably going to pick up a few more because I'm an adult and can do what I want! :P

I mean come on. It's polly pocket. It's adorable. Not as good as the polly pockets of the 90s but I understand that nobody wants to put that much effort into any products anymore. This would indeed be a good toy for a child. I am not a child, and even I enjoy it.

I love that Polly pocket and her case are actually small enough to put in your pockets again! The only complaint I have about the new Polly pockets is that the accessories do not fit in the cases with Polly. The whole concept and what I loved so much as a child is how easily you can contain and transport the whole playset without losing pieces. I feel like these extra accessories are not necessary if they're just going to get lost.

This was ok. The locket is smaller than the palm of an adult hand. It’s about the size of a toddler’s palm. After two hours, the heart clasp fell off. It’s made of cheap plastic. The pieces are small and can be a choking hazard. I found these at half price at my local stores so it’s convenient to have it shipped if you don’t have a local store that carries it.With that out of the way, it’s great for creative play. It’s great for traveling because it’s so compact. It can be worn as a locket or clipped on to a backpack or bag. It really is fun for kids and can keep them occupied for a few hours while your traveling or at the restaurant.

The rubber dolls are weird, I wish they'd be plastic but otherwise, bring back all the Polly Pockets!! My daughter loves these and I love how quietly she plays with it!! It's a great toy for at home or to stick in your purse for on the go!

I loved these as a kid and got 2 for my daughter. She loved them. Pieces are a bit smaller than I remember so not best for kids that would put them in their mouths obviously.

My niece loved this toy. I spent my childhood playing with Poly pocket so good to see its still going strong and my nice still loves it
