We recently had our kitchen done and I needed a tall slim radiator that is not to heavy as we live in anew build and I’m terrified of my walls falling down!!! This radiator was on offer however because of the reviews I was a bit concerned. You can not go wrong for the price. I am very happy with this radiator and I’m so glad I did not have to pay hundreds of pounds when this one works great!We have turned it in and it heats up very quickly and fills the room!

Ordered 3 of these. Website said 'in stock - ships in 1-2 days.Took AGES to arrive (>3wks) despite Amazon's1-2 days.Look great. Very HEAVY.1 DEFECTIVE leaked from poor weld. ..Amazon Customer Service poor - could not put me in touch with supplier to resolve. Had to drain down, uninstall, repack & await collection - return (OMG how heavy)....After an hour on the phone trying to understand very polite advisors who speak English as a second language.... got ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE.They could not provide replacement for over 2 weeks. No help with all costs of installation /uninstallation.Could not even provide me with Manufacturer number to expedite replacement.Very polite people - but utterly useless.... System providing them very limited info and not of any help.Come on Amazon..... must do better.
