Platinum Soil 3L Aquarium Substrate Plant Soil (3L)

Product by far is good. Packaging came in just a box with a packet inside it. Thought hard to believe but the packaging did not had any bad effect on the the soil, no soil granules were crushed. The granule size is small which is good for plant root penetration. Although u need to clean the soil gently in water around 4-5 times to clean the dirt, after that its ready to use. I liked this product because its worth of Rs 764/- i paid for it for 3l pack. One bad review is that local delivery boy delayed and stalled for around 7hrs, everytime I call just gave excuse that he is coming.

My first time using an aquasoil substrate. Over last 20 days, plant growth have been good and water is clear. You will experience muddy water for first day, but after few hours of settling followed by filtration, water becomes completely clear.

Excellent soil my seeds responding with in 4 days . I have added soil and sprinkled seeds and sprinkled water daily and closed lid with wrap cover thats it result is amazing.

no doubt plants grow well, within 4day i got 3 lilly petals thats good. Mean it has good nutrition valve. Problem is that1.soil starts to lose2.it has lots of blackish powder might be carbon i don't know.3. Makes water cloudy.To avoid this i have use 4mm mix plantation gravel as top layer .

Packet was torn but no loss of quantity

The moment i got the soil i planted it .Its been 2 days since i received the soil and conincidentally the same day i got my plants delivered from amazon .I removed all the water and fishes from the aquarium .My fishes and turtles coexist in the aquarium . Cleaned the aquarium and put my gravel then i put soil on top of gravel .In other half of my aquarium i have put gravel bottom , then kept clay soil and on top platinum soil .The water was initially little cloudy .But settles down in half an hour with my purifier on . My tank length is 70 cm as a result i was short of soil in the edges .🌿🌿🌿I have planted Carolinia Cabomba🍀🍀 and Java fern both purchased from amazon and can be seen in the pic .But anchoring the cabomba plant was very difficult as it was comming up again and again so had to put rocks around .Important -Make sure U remove activated carbon from your filter .Very important .

Writing after 2 month of usage, The soil is very easy to setup and the plants are thriving. The plants have grown very quickly and the roots looks amazing. My Shrimp's and plant's love this. The soil is still looking good and the shrimp will clean all the waste of the fishes.
