Fast Start - Singer Quantum Stylist 9960

Not happy— Didnt realize it was a just a “video” telling how to use certain machines and of course not my machines. . Purchased 2 thinking machine was included. NO RETURN allowed. When tried to contact someone to question mistake was sent from one representative to another and then back again fu circle. Was told by each that another department was responsible and would have to talk wirh them —again and again same answer and put off to the same rep as before. Finally got really aggravated and just gave up. Lost $60 on this purchase.

Necesito una maquinar de coser, no permite cancelar el pedido y es solo un software. En momentos como estos no es para uno perder su dinero por promoción de artículos mal intencionados, te ofertan una máquina y resulta que solo el software. Ya me ha pasado con varios productos que presentan un artículo y resulta otro de mala calidad. Me siento estafado en mi compra.

I've had my machine for 2 years now, but this is the first video that explains how the machine is supposed to work. I learned things I didn't know and it is an excellent source of information. Worth the price. I just wish Singer had this video when I first purchased the machine.

This is a total scam it does not say's that is a educational item , at the time of purchased, It seem is like I'm punching the actual machine, I'll like to cancel this order , or I call my credit card and refer that is a scam !
