So I will say that I am currently only taking 12 drops under my tongue before breakfast and before lunch. I am suppose to be taking 20 drops each time but I did that the first day, and it made feel alittle jittery. I have been using them now solidly for about 9 days now. I have not changed my diet other than not eating sweets as much. I have worked out 3 times since I started using them for 30 minutes each time. I have lost 3 lbs. I am not heavily overweight so I am very happy with this. I started out 5'6" and 160lbs.I will edit this review once I use it for a longer period of time. So far so good.

I booked a trip to a very warm location for March and I was very eager to get in shape. Working out and following a diet turned up to be harder than expected. I almost gave up, when I started thinking whether there is a way to just increase my metabolism on a chemical level instead of beating myself with too much exercise. This is when I started researching and I stumbled on these drops by viva oasis. I have to tell you – it was a game changer. Since I started losing weight without doing too much work I actually started to enjoy working out – since I didn’t have to do excessive work beyond my limit it became fun. Now I have decreased my body fat greatly, the six pack is on the rise and I have no patience to wait for March – it is so great that I am afraid that by than I will wake up from some dream or something.

I have been taking these drops for a few weeks. It is hard to tell if they are actually doing anything or not. I have not lost any weight but it does seem like it might be helping suppress my appetite. The most notable thing is that all of the other reviews sound like a commercial but written in a foreign way. As someone else noted that another reviewer gave it one star but then gave it glowing review. The other reviews also gave a lot more technical data then people would normally know on how this stuff works. The bottom line is that we all want to lose weight but your mileage may vary on this product and be wary of the other reviews.

I HAVE NOT LOST THE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT PROMISED IN THE AD.I HAVE LOST ONLY15 POUNDS IN SEVERAL MONTHS. I'M ALSO A DIABETIC AND THESE HAVE DRIVEN MY VARIOUS BLOOD FACTOR SKY-HIGH. AS YOU CAN IMAGINE MY DR. IS NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS.ALSO THE LAST SHIPMENT HAS A GREAT DEAL OF GRAINY SEDIMENT, WHICH I HAVE TO STRAIN OUT BEFORE USING. I PROBABLY WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN.

It doesn't really do all that much. I notice only a minimal reduction in appetite. Don't use at night if you are caffeine sensitive. However, it is very easy to use (dissolve under tongue). And the drops have natural weight loss ingredients, not crazy chemicals. This is safe and easy, but just not crazy effective.UPDATE: I purchased a second one that was ROTTEN - it had gone sour + there were massive clumps in it. I would definitely send it back if you see chunks. It's not supposed to be like that. the taste is pleasant when it's not "off."

My husband and I were not happy with the raspberry ketone product. We used it as directed but only lost 1 pound. Also, the ad from the company, when listing the ingredients, did not specify that it contained "caffeine." I cannot tolerate caffeine in anything. I have not had caffeine for many years so thought I would try this product to see if it affected me and if it helped me lose weight. The caffeine increased my heart rate and anxiety so that I was not able to continue using it. My husband also was affected with anxiety and did not lose more than 1 pound in 3 weeks. Would not recommend this product. Bought 4 bottles. Didn't open the other 3 and should return them.

The drops seem to be a little grainy and I don't know what that is. Sometimes I find it hard to get the liquid in the dropper. I feel they are working to shrink my stomach. My wife and I are both taking them and see results.

I used the entire product as directed and did not feel as though the outcome was quite as good as the hype.
