Does this clock change the prayer times AUTOMATICALLY ITSELF? or, do I have to change the times ?

Q: Is clock has full azan

The short answer is Yes it has a full Azan Mine worked for few months but then the Azan stopped working all together I reset the clock and changed batteries still it will not work. Everything else is working fine except for the Azan so no Audio at all The clock was still under warranty when that happen but when contacted the Manufacturer I was told to mail it to the factory in Saudi Arabia which I never did I have the clock working still but without Audio Hope that helps
