I purchased this collar for my rescue dog since he has wandered off a few times. This a very nice collar and had reflective properties for night walks. The plastic clasp is good, it has come undone once while walking him on a leash. I'm not sure if it was not completely clicked in or not. Otherwise, this is a great collar!

These collars look amazing. My mostly black GSD can be difficult to see in the dark, but these give off a wonderful reflection. Plus I don't worry about my babies losing something dangly. Someone could see my # without even touching my dogs. Plus they are comfortable and adjustable so the fit is nice and my babies like them.

I bought a size smaller than recommended after measuring my dog's older collar and comparing to the measurements of the products. The good news is I don't have the extra collar to deal with, it fits nicely almost fully extended. The collar itself is strong and I'm sure durable. But maybe because of the smaller size (I ordered M, my dog is 55 lbs.) it seems narrow. There is only about 1/4 inch of pink collar on either side of the reflective material. My only other complaint is that the name/number is printed close to the loop that you attach to a leash, so it's typically under her neck unless on a leash. This might also make it susceptible to wearing off, time will tell. But despite these issues, I do like the collar and think it's a good value.

Woah. BEAUTIFUL collars! I ordered them and got a notification that they were delivered but I couldn't find them ANYWHERE. (Thanks, darling husband) Anyway, I sent a message about it and IMMEDIATELY got a response that was so kind and thorough. Ended up husband had the package the whole time so it was all good but dang they were so on top of my message and making sure all worked out and we received the collars and for that ALONE I will order again and again from these folks. The collars are so beautiful and the pups LOVE them!

Was a little bigger than I thought but I was still able to use it. The reflective areas are great for dark.

Back to order another! Why would anyone NOT have their dogs name and phone number on their collar? Lost pets are the saddest thing! And this collar is super-reflective even with the dimmest lights shining on it from a distance. I bought a new one because after 3 years of constant use and multiple washes the surface was beginning to look worn and cracked. Although it was still reflective and legible!

I was pretty disappointed that the phone # ran together with no breaks or dashes, so it just looks like a random 10 digits...also, the stitching should be in the center of the collar, not near the buckle, because the stitching is covered up by the adjustment slider
