My sister bought me the elephant design for Christmas a few years ago. I have been using it almost everyday since then. I like that it is lightweight and flexible to fit within my larger bag that I carry to work. I have washed it several times in the washer and it came out perfect. Towards the end of its life, I noticed little black particles on the inside and realized that it was the neoprene material on the inside breaking down and falling into the bag through the sewn seams. Had to wipe off my fork everyday before eating to make sure I didn’t ingest the material.When searching for a new lunch bag, I decided to stay with this one since I was used to the compact size and flexibility. For the price and amount of time I got out of the first one, I figured this was my best bet.I am able to store a small to medium size Pyrex container with two water bottles and a zip lock snack bag. It is flexible enough to zipper mostly closed with the water bottles standing up.

It remains to be seen how durable this is. I've only used it twice. I wish it had a pocket on the outside. But, suits my needs, and the fact that it is somewhat stretchy helps it accommodate lots of things.

I'm a dedicated lunch-bringer, and have carried this to work every day since I bought it in October 2015 (so, 6.5 years ago).I stick it in the work fridge, so can't say much about the insulation capacity, but wanted to chime that I haven't had any issues with machine washing. It's a lunch box, so stuff occasionally spills or leaks and I just rinse it out then toss in the wash. Sometimes the dryer too, if I forget it's in the load (whatever - I've got two little kids, so loads of laundry blur together). Is it a little grubby looking? Sure. A loose string and a pin hole rip? Yep. But after being shoved in my huge purse daily, washed a million times, and zero special handling, the zipper works perfectly, the seams are holding tight, and I still get break room compliments. I'm going to buy a new one just to switch it up, but no question that I'll buy this brand again. Happy lunch break, friends.

I got the "Pass This On" color and I cannot be happier. First of all, the pattern is beautiful and the colors are really attractive and eye-catching. As for the bag construction, this lunch box is rather large which is perfect for me because I like to meal prep and tend to have wider lunch containers (I use these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01I97JQ28/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_4). The fabric stretches to accommodate large containers very easily. I love the fact that you can wash this in the washer. In my first week of use, I had a container that leaked blueberry juice in the bottom. After a couple washes, the stain was gone! Washing it does get rid of any lingering smells from your lunch as well. The directions do not recommend throwing in the dryer but honestly after washing it doesn't take long to air-dry due to the Neoprene material. As for insulation, it appears to keep things pretty cold, but I'm not very diligent about this so I haven't really paid close attention to temperature control.The only thing I don't really care for is the handles. You need to use your hand for the handles, because it's difficult to slide it past your wrist. If you prefer to slide your lunch box on your arm or over your shoulder, this bag will not work for you. Also, even if this bag is pretty durable, the material overall is still very thin, and will be shaped by whatever you put in it. If you don't have your heavier stuff balanced within the bag, it will not stay upright, since the bottom is not much thicker than the rest of the bag.

I was so excited to come across this lunch box, that for the design alone I was willing to spend much more than I normally do on a lunch bag (to me, it screams DRAGON).Unfortunately, when the item description says 12x12 it means including the handles, not useable space. The other 2 dimensions fell short (width and base) but not as significantly as the height, which is only 9inches from base to zipper- photos with ruler. Much better suited to kids/teenagers and not adults.I sat and played around with different containers i have to try and figure out what the max capacity would be and if I need to return it. There is a photo showing exactly what I was able to fit in and how the lunch bag looked full. I was not able to fit my reusable water bottle, but was able to fit 2 store bought bottles. I was able to fit my smaller entree container, a snack container and a half-full quart sized ziplock bag. A slightly bigger entree container would've prevented me from being able to put the water bottles inside.I have to play around some more and see what else I can do with this in order to decide if I'm returning this lunch box. The design is truly beautiful, it came in good condition and the smell is minimal (but the tags do say to wash it before first use). But if I can't make it work for a 16hr day, I just can't justify keeping it. I will say that if my lunches were always going to be sandwiches, it'd be fine but that's not realistic for me. I can't keep a lunch bag I have to buy special containers for or can only take certain lunches with.

I've been looking for a while for a lunch cooler tote bag and this one ticks all the boxes. It's more expensive than the usual bog standard foil insulated cooler bags but I figured with it being neoprene it would be worth the spend and I wanted one that would last. It's very well made, has its own individual design (wide choice available), is washable, and is large enough to take a standard size lunch box and other items, ie microwave soup mug, small container of grapes and a banana, as well. It keeps food cool for several house without going in the fridge, which suits me as I use it to take lunch to work. I'm not sure how it will fair during hot Summer months but can plan on putting in a couple of small freezer packs or will just place it in the fridge at work! Overall a good buy which I'm well pleased with.

I. LOVE. THIS. Spacious, sturdy, cool design. That’s all really, I mean, it won’t make your lunch for you but other than that it’s got it all going on.

This is a beautiful tote that I bought for my partner. She loves it, but it's just a bit too small, even if it is neoprene and can expand a bit. For young ones or for very light breakfasts and fruit, this should be fine. Otherwise, the large one isn't that much larger, but holds enough for breakfast and lunch and a good bit of fruit.

Beautiful design, great quality, large space, so pleased with the purchase, may just have to get another one.......

Super cute lunch bag. Easily holds two large food thermos flasks. It doesn't really keep things that cold or hot, not like the foil lined bags, but it does help a bit and is convenient for holding food in - just don't expect the cold/hot thing, it's just made of wetsuit material so it has its limitations. Very pretty though with a good strong chunky zip.
