Excellent bit of kit. Took it to my blood test clinic today and the nurses were very impressed particularly as the NHS now uses rubber strips instead that are thrown away after each patient. It is very easy to use with one hand and the slow and quick release works perfectly. Just need to connect it all up before putting it on the arm. Then all you have to do is put your hand through the loop pull it up to the right position and pull the tab to tighten. I had it in position before it was my turn at the clinic and all I had to do was pull the tab. At the end allI had to do was to press the quick release button roll it up and put it in my pocket. I have frequent blood tests so overall I save the NHS a few pence. Peanuts maybe but a lot of peanuts makes a big bag. Recommended.

Second time I’ve ordered these- only had to re order as I lost my first one so stocked up! Brilliant! Quick release button- patients have commented on how much better they are than the disposable ones- easy clean and washing machine safe! Highly recommend!

I bought these for Occlusion Training (Blood Flow Restriction Training). They do the job and the quick release makes them easy to use, however I would prefer for them to able to apply a little more pressure. I assume given their usual purpose they do apply enough force to stop venous return, but they are certainly not as tight as I would achieve using straps. etc. That may be a good, as there is the possibility that I was tightening the straps too much. Also, they are a little short for use on legs, but may be OK for some with smaller quads.
