Buyer Beware
The product information states that this item comes with a package of twelve markers. (All Calafant products in Europe come with paints and/or markers included in the packaging.) When the Calafant USA Pirate Ship sold by amazon.com arrived it said quite clearly on the box, in several languages, that the markers shown on the package front were not included.Amazon.com should update the product information on their website and make it clear to buyers that all they are buying are the cardboard pieces for assembly. Clearly Calafant USA products are inferior to what is sold under the Calafant name in Europe.I was very disappointed since I had purchased this item as a gift and had been led to believe that markers were included. Now I feel I must purchase markers or paints to complete the gift.

Big Ship success
My granddaughters aged 5 and 7 loved it and worked on it happily together with just a little help from daddy. Looks good white but very paintable too. A successful project all round.

For the price and simplicity this product is ideal for me and my 4 yr old son. Took me 20 mins to put together yesterday. He has spent hours with it already. I will be buying more products from Calafant.
